max payne's journey into the night continues...

This morning I went to Segamat with Faidz to settle up few things.

He didn't aware that Celcom registered him a postpaid line. Once activated, Celcom claims for the service charges even the subscriber don't use it at all.

So, he talked to the Celcom girl and he requested him to go to Celcom Centre in Melaka or Batu Pahat to appeal to service termination without paying.

Hope he'll not pay even a penny to Celcom.

And once I reached Sempana Riau, I didn't know what to do at all and launched my Photoshop CS4 to do some sketches and at last, DTRANS' towel sparked the idea to give its logo a little tweak.

Here we go:

That's the towel with the original logo. My Photoshop works in the background.

What do you think? Oh well, that 2 orange and white lines represent train or monorail.

I designed a new logo for Siswa Bestari's 2FC (Fast Food Corner) early March/February.

But it's kinda boring to use the same color from the palette. I should experience new colors next time.

Oh yes, that's not the new logo for DTRANS fyi.

Bak kata Fad, "DUIT ANDA MATLAMAT KAMI." Hahaha.

And this morning, something made me so excited,

MAX PAYNE 3 IS EFFIN COMING THIS WINTER!!!

Can't wait!

p/s: I have 4 more papers to go but it's so boring so that I don't know what to do.

When Remedy Doesn't Rectify.

Hello.

Today's 24 April 2009.

Just 2 days before my 2nd paper of final examination, Fundamentals of Management (MGT162).

And okay, I did revise few topics last night.

(+) Facebooking.

(+) MySpacing.

(+) Friendstering.

(+) LowYat.neting.

(+) iTunes Music Store-ing.

(+) Songs downloading.

Plus few others that consume bandwidth of an internet connection.

BUT.

What frustrates me is, the quality of the service.

Initially, I can't seem to connect to the HSDPA network for Celcom.

I called Celcom and I spoke to their Customer Service Consultant (CSC) named Mir.

I don't know why I called them. It's like I can predict what are the answers. Just like TMnet Streamyx CSCs.

What are they trained to do:

1. To ask the customers to plug in and out their modems.

2. To ask the customers to uninstall the software and install it back.

3. To ask the customers to check the APN (Access Point Name) that is *99# for Celcom.

4. To perform fault report when THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE THEY CAN DO!

But I like how Mir attend to my call, his keenness even his spoken English is the pasar one. With alot of LAHs.

Enough said.

This is just another lame entry for today.

Blablabla.

:P

Bye.

p/s: i called Mya just now and I'm deeply missing her.

p/s/s: kau tak suka aku? gi la mampos.

Jawab Paper Islam, Ingat Kat Saosin.

Oh well,

The final examination finally, officially starts today, with the first paper for BM117/01, Fundamentals of Islam, CTU101.

But, my mind keep rhyming Saosin's Voices in my head. Haha. I didn't really concentrate/focusing on the paper.

Ngeh. What's wrong with me?

X

Tatkala Malam Berlalu, Pagi Berlabuh.

Hi.

Okay.

Perlu diberitahu awal-awal.

"Oh, kau rupanya.." ujar Danial.

Okay.

Bahkan menarik.

Kau nak kata, aku anak manja, mana boleh jadi komander?

Kau nak kata, aku sikit-sikit tak boleh, mana boleh jadi komander?

Kau nak kata, aku tak cukup fit, mana boleh jadi komander?

Kau nak kata, aku dah biasa senang, mana boleh jadi komander?

Haha.

Persetankan semua tu.

Dolok kamek sik taok ba kelaka-kelaka Sarawak tok. Mun kamek kelaka, kawan mek orang tetak jak. Palui juak asyik tetak jak. Sik ada kerja lain kah kitak orang eh? Kamek taok kamek sik pande kelaka tapi process of learning ba. Mun kitak orang lawa, sik maok ajar orang klaka, sik pa. Nang gilak ba orang cam ya. Haha.

Merepek apa malam-malam macam ni.

Okay. Entriku semakin merepek, dan masih, aku tidak boleh tamatkan malamku dengan tidurku.

Apakah Nescafe Mocha telah pandai memberi kesan kepadaku sedangkan aku imun dengan air-air kopi?

Oh tidak.

Selamat malam.

P/S: Penge-BLOG, nak menang seat MH BUSINESS CLASS? Sertai peraduan ni.

Laki Pon Leh Mengidam Jugak. Haha!

As per title, who says that guys can't be 'mengidam' like girls do? Hahaha.

Last week, during my semester break, I satisfied my taste-buds with my favourite, Carl's Jr at Sunway Pyramid just after I picked up Etie and Syaira, my ex-classmates/coursemates from MSU where they took their final examination results.

As usual when eating at Carl's Jr: BERSEPAH.

Etie is in dilemma this time when she received an offer from the UiTM to pursue Diploma in Mass Communication. And as usual, Syaira was kinda objective of her decision to quit MSU and pursue UiTM but when I listened thoroughly to Etie's story, I understood why that is the reason.

Syaira, Miss Blackberry Bold.

So as Ms Rogeswari (our mentor a.k.a Creative Thinking lecturer at MSU) wanna know her final decision, Etie have to make up her mind.

I hope Syaira will help Etie to make up her mind because to me, Syaira is a good companion in making decisions. Even I didn't listen to her in the first place when accepting the UiTM offer. Hahaha.

Cut the crap short, I arrived in Segamat on Tuesday (14/4) because the longer I stay at home, the longer books will kept shut. But yesterday, in the evening, I told Izzat,

"Doh, bapak boring nak makan kat dining. Aku rasa macam nak makan McD ah. KFC ke."

to Gan, if you manage to read this post, ask for picture DELETION. Hahahaaa

Suddenly, I felt like McD and KFC is calling my name. Izzat said "OK, jom ah." but ironically, I text-ed Faidz and set up another plan with him. Hoho.

"Kau carik ah kete sedap. Aku set je"

I told him.

otak-otak-otak kau. haha

So, I drove to a place somewhere Masjid Jamek Segamat, people called the place, Cactus.. I think even the owner himself doesnt name it Cactus. Just because the metal pillars there 'wrapped' with fake cactus? Guess so.

Far left is Opie, Nan is in the middle. Boy with one hand only is Faidz.

We (Shah, Nan, Opie, Me and Faidz) went to the PABILION (pormanteau of PAVILION and BILION. So it sounds better. Hoho) first to buy some night crackers and instant noodles.

So I am the driver.

And yes, this is another masuk air team. We talk craps, laugh and eat. But I seem to hate one thing, the rice was kinda cold. I ordered, Nasi Goreng Daging Black Pepper. Fortunately, the meal was delicious and hot (as I mean in hot and spicy, okay)

the best friends.

Talk of the Week: On Going Assessments and Carry Marks.

Since the carry marks for subjects that we carry this semester are out already, various reactions were there.

Satisfied, not satisfied, fear of dismissal etc.

I handed the class picture to Faidz and I told him,

"Kalau semua terer, kita dapat bergambar balik macam ni masa kita Part 3. Takde sorang dismiss"

My advice to them, "DON'T GET DISMISSED"

Being dismissed is tough and the feeling of dismissed is the worse thing if you're a human AND, you know how your life wasted when dismissed.

Happy final examinations.

Haha.

Good luck.

That's Why I Chose To Be Alone.

I went on chatting with Fad last night, on YM and yes he made me realize one thing. Middle Child Syndrome.

Actually, this is a syndrome which middle children always experience and previously I was told about this by one of my lecturer in UiTM.

Somehow, Fad reminded me on this and I Google-d it.

I found it here.

The middle or second born child or children often have the sense of not belonging. They fight to receive attention from parents and others because they feel many times they are being ignored or dubbed off as being the same as another sibling. Being in the middle a child can feel insecure. The middle child often lacks drive and looks for direction from the first born child. Sometimes a middle child feels out of place because they are not over achievers and like to go with the flow of things.

Being a middle child would mean they are loners. They really don’t like to latch on to a person in a relationship, there fore they have trouble keeping one due to lack of interest. Not liking to take the limelight for anything, they are not over achievers and just simply work enough work to get by, and typically that goes with school as well as a career. They are however very artistic and creative. If forced to use abilities they will work well, but do not work well under pressure. They often start several projects but rarely keep focused long enough to finish a project.

The best career move for a middle child would be along the lines of using their creative. Going into a writing or journalism career, and into a career that they could freely express themselves would be good. Anything that would have hours that are flexible, and projects that frequently changed would be good for a middle born child. Since relationships are not of high importance to a middle child, often times they are alone. However, the best possible match for a middle child would be a last born.

If you happen to be my close friend, you'll know and understand what I BOLD-ed above.

:)

With Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, you may start now.

Okay.

Hello.

I'm writing this post exactly at 8.10am just a few minutes before my FIRST final examination paper starts, HBU112, the Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia's paper.

So, I have a lot more papers coming starting next two weeks.

But most important, I'm coming back home tomorrow. Omg, I miss you, home.

Yesterday, we paid the utmost respect to the commanders, graduating commanders at Majlis Penutupan Ko-kurikulum and last, KM Khairul said,

"Kepada Part 1 & Part 2, jumpa lagi semester depan"

Oh yeah. Goody great. I'm a Part 2 next semester. There goes my bitterness of being a not so Part 1. Haha.

To my Part 4 fellow buddies in UiTM Sarawak, happy study week, study hard, get enough sleep, don't waste this study week. Utilise it to maximum.

Okay, gotta rush. 8.15am already. They said that we must gather ourselves sharp at 8.30am this morning.

Bye.

x

P/S: I'm leaving for Tawau, Sabah on MH2664 KUL-TWU on May 19 at 1420-1710hrs and will be back on MH2665 TWU-KUL on May 22 at 1750-2030hrs for post-final-exam-excursion. Hahaha.

The Before-Weekend-Getaway...

Hello.

Well, if you happen to live in Johor or other states that celebrate the 'Keputeraan Sultan Johor', I wish you had a great holiday.

Oh by the way,

I spent my Wednesday of the holiday at my beloved 'kampung' in Muar, Johor. The journey to there takes 1.5 hour (if you're driving 120-140km/h on a Mazda like my uncle did) using the Bukit Serampang (I think the it's Bukit Serampang, pardon me if it's incorrect) bypass and 2 hours via Tangkak.

And since there was a water disruption at Sempana Riau that day, the getaway to Muar is the best. My uncle picked me up at 7.15 and reached there about 8.45 am.

this is where my mom, my aunts, my uncles grew up :)

The main reason I was there is my grandma, I called Mak Tok, called a few people from the mosque and the village vicinity for a 'kenduri kesyukuran'. Ironically, I don't even know what it is for. Haha.

Once I arrived, I surprised when I saw my little cousin, Afiq was playing with the bicycle that he can't even ride. Just 'seret-seret' because he don't even know how to balance himself to ride the bicycle! Why I was surprised? Because, the holiday wasn't meant for Selangor and he should be in school.

This cute little boy is photogenic too. He loves to pose for camera.

Afiq and his bicycle.

I asked him,

"Kenapa Afiq ada kat sini? Tak jaga Faiz ke? Sian Faiz, siapa nak main dengan dia?"

and he spontaneously replied,

"Mama ada, mama main dengan Faiz"

My mom raised her sisters' children at home and since then, I'm close to those kids. I love kids. And it's fun and sad to see how children grow up.

The fun and happy part is when we see them, learn to walk, in the walker, learn to speak, cry..

And it's sad when we see them grew up. The time is just moving so fast.

Faiz that I meant above is Muhammad Faiz, my 10-months-old cousin.

He's cute ain't he? He loves to pose for camera too. Hahah.

There are few generations of babies that grew up at my home:

1st Generation: My sister, Nina (1993), Nani (1994), Amir (1995), Apan (1996), Mia (1996).
2nd Generation: Noja (2001), Danish (2002), Afiq (2003)
3rd Generation: Faiz (2008), soon-to-be-born Afiq's sister/brother (2009)

It's funny when I asked Afiq,

"Kenapa taknak main dengan Faiz?"

he replied,

"Dia tak tau cakap... Jalan tak tau... Merangkak je tau..."

I asked him as Faiz always play alone and they always leave him behind, just because he doesn't know how to walk and talk, just crawl.

But now, my mom told me that Faiz learnt to walk and now he can walk and it's just sad I can't see him 'bertatih'.

Can't wait to be home this Saturday!

The Semester Has Come To Its End.

Hi.

This semester has come to its end.

Today I just finished my 2nd test for Financial Accounting (ACC115) which took place at Dewan Sri Temenggong UiTM Johor sharp at 8.00 am.

And I'm just few days away from study leave. I'll have to face JPA3 test next Saturday (11/04/2009), will be back in Shah Alam till Tuesday and return back to Segamat to study for final examination. Gotta work hard this time.

Sorry for long time no update. Kinda long time. Had fine dinner with DTRANS (society club for Diploma in Business Studies (Transport) students) at Dewan Sri Peria last week. The theme was MASQUERADE COUPLE and you know who's my couple referring to picture below. Haha. I think she's well known now in the campus. Nevermind that.

I bear no risk if I get hit by her bf after this. haha. Just dinner okay.

For all this time here, I have few close friends, they're my clickies. My 'masuk-air' friends. Haha.

Lady Wawa and me.

The funny thing about this friends circle of mine is, there are various ages ranging from 17 to 21. And we're like brothers and sisters. The eldest one is Hawa, 21 years old, second eldest, Me and Minah, we're 20 years old. Faidz and Dora are 19 years old respectively and the youngest one, Aween, who're just 18 years old.

The clickies. Faidz, Dora, Me, Aween and Lady Wawa the lady who's in the background.

Not to forget, my beloved room mates, Waras, Acok and Apit. They're truly supportive and understanding, thank you very much. How I wish I can see you next semester!

But I'm in the midst of crisis and feud and fight and whatever it is with one of my clickies. So, the number is now reducing from 6 to 5.

By saying this, I would like to thank you for brief spectacular moments with you guys, my wing (Sempana Riau 2A) mates:
